On only her fourth trip out Lisathedaddy ran a great race at Lingfield on Tuesday May 23rd to win the Edenbridge Handicap Stakes. Ridden by jockey George Baker she settled comfortably in midfield and came round the outside with a great run beating jockey Frankie Dettori on Scutch Mill into second place. Needless to say there were scenes of great celebration as owner Tricia Wilson collected her first trophy and the champagne flowed shortly afterwards. Trainer Brendan Powell was equally as pleased as this was the first time out in such experienced company. It is hoped she may get another run next week.
Lisathedaddy comes home first in the 4.10pm at Lingfield on May 23rd.
