Who’s the “Double” Daddy?!

Following on from the win at Salisbury on July 11th Who’sthedaddy took to the track over a mile and a quarter at Lingfield on Wednesday 15th. Ridden again by jockey Timmy Murphy, he ran a great race to record a double within 5 days!!

Plans are now in place to go for the “treble” on Friday 24th at Chepstow at 8.55, upping the trip to a mile and a half. The Lisa wilson scholarship Fund Annual Charity Golf Day takes place the following day – so no pressure!!

Fingers Crossed!!

Who’sthedaddy is the daddy!!

On Saturday 11th July, Salisbury Racecourse saw Who’sthedaddy romp home to win over a mile and a quarter, winning his first race as a three year old. Over 20 friends attended the evening meeting which had been auctioned for the ‘Friends of Evelyn Rose’ appeal.

Jockey Timmy Murphy was a late change and his experience did the trick with a textbook ride.

Team Solent win Hampshire Senior Cup

Southampton Solent University soccer team Team Solent, sponsored by SES Autoparts Ltd, beat off stiff competition to win the Hampshire Senior Cup at St. Marys 3-2 against Hamble last month. Trailing 2-1 at half time to the Hampshire Premier League Champions, former Tottenham academy player Jesse Waller-Lassen became Team Solent’s hero with two goals on the night, and put through Sam Byles to score the winner with seven minutes to go to gain a great victory.

Southampton Solent University is where Lisa studied to get her BA 2-1 in Business Management before setting off on her travels around the world. SES Autoparts is Lisa’s parents’ family business, which started sponsoring Team Solent in 2013.

Who’sthedaddy comes in 2nd in his first race

Who’sthedaddy ran a great race, coming in second in his first handicap race at Bath on 13th May. Backed in from 28-1 to 16-1, it was a fabulous run for his first time out this season. Much Champagne was enjoyed by all.

Hopefully with more success to come, we now look forward to to Leicester on the 26th, upping the trip to a mile and a quarter.
